Psychoeducation provides education and resources, while teaching problem-solving and communication skills in an empathetic and supportive environment.
All workshops are developed, designed and led by a Registered Psychotherapist with 25+ years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples and families.
Each workshop utilizes current research and clinical interventions focusing on resilience, emotional regulation skills, problem solving strategies and Neuroplasticity.
Each 90 minute workshop is presented live and in person, followed by a 30 minute question and answer period. Each workshop, including marketing flyers and post workshop resources, have a total cost of $400.
There is no limit on the number of workshop participants, yet a smaller audience (under 50) is more conducive to engaging participants in the interactive experiences.
Strategies and techniques for each workshop have been developed utilizing the most recent scientific information from Psychology and Neuroscience, including the effects of quarantine and the global pandemic on parents, children and families.
Workshops were developed using evidence-based models of Psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectal Behaviour Therapy
